Information you give us: business name, contact name, service address, phone number, email address, the type and volume of oil or grease you need collected, and any notes you add to a pickup request, sell-your-oil request or contact form.
Information collected automatically: standard web log data such as browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view on this site. Our support chat stores your messages only for the duration of the conversation in your browser.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is intended for commercial and business use.

To respond to pickup requests, quote requests and questions, and to schedule and complete collection service.
To send service updates about your account, routes and pickups, and — if you opted in — text message notifications.
To keep records of collections, maintain and improve this website, and comply with applicable law.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the business, such as email delivery, hosting, routing and scheduling tools, and only for those purposes.
We may share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, especially for marketing purposes.

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of service.
