How text messaging works if you choose to receive service texts from The Grease Company.
Consent to receive text messages
When you give us your mobile number on a form or by phone and agree to text messaging, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Grease Company about pickup scheduling, route updates, service confirmations and account questions.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (888) 697-8910. After you reply STOP we may send one confirmation message.
Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your mobile number to communicate about service. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them for third-party marketing.
