Large-volume removal made simple

Move inactive inventory out of valuable operating space.

Unsellable oil can tie up warehouse capacity, labor and handling equipment while damaged packages and leaking containers create additional risk. We coordinate pump-out, container removal or packaged-product handling around your dock and production schedule.

Restaurants, food manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, exporters, grocery operations, commissaries, stadiums and amusement venues can request a material review. Qualifying oil may retain recovery value; material that does not qualify for purchase can still be quoted for removal and disposal.

Pump-out, container handling and customer delivery

The removal plan depends on whether material is loose, packaged, palletized or already staged for transport.

Pickup and pump-out

We review tank, tote and drum access; hose distance; dock or yard conditions; and whether the material can be pumped or must be moved in its container.

Pallets, cases and containers

Provide counts, approximate weights, photos and package condition. Loading equipment, damaged packaging and spill containment are confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery by appointment

Customer delivery is considered for at least 300 gallons. Material, container type, receiving time and destination must be approved before the load moves.

Bulk minimum: 300 gallons

Bulk removal begins at 300 gallons. One-time pickups below 300 gallons carry a service charge. Final acceptance and pricing depend on material condition, usable volume, location, loading requirements and route availability.

Records and controlled removal

Manifest and destruction-letter documentation

For applicable loads, we provide waste manifest documentation and can provide a destruction letter when required. These records can support internal inventory controls, quality programs, freight claims and confirmation that unusable food-grade oil was removed.
